This page explains the terms for using Dark Private Pleasures and how personal information is handled. Please also review our Help & Store Policies. If a mandatory law gives you additional rights, that law controls.

1. Adults only

This site and its products are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. By accessing the store, creating an account, joining the mailing list, or ordering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and may lawfully view, purchase, possess, and use the products in your location. We do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from children.

2. Responsible and lawful use

You agree to use the site and products lawfully, consensually, and in accordance with manufacturer instructions. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or checkout, submit fraudulent orders, infringe another person’s rights, or use products in a way that creates an unreasonable risk of harm.

3. Product information and availability

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, stock information, and specifications. Manufacturers and suppliers may change packaging, color, components, or specifications, and screens may display colors differently. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an unavailable or incorrectly priced order. Product availability is not guaranteed until fulfillment is confirmed.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
• Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the final total are shown during checkout. Applicable taxes and delivery charges may depend on the destination.
• Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by the selected payment provider. Do not send complete card details through email or contact forms.
• We may decline, hold, or cancel orders for failed authorization, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, verification problems, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or processor requirements.
• Promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted, discounts cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after an order is submitted.

5. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Shipping, discreet-packaging, damaged-item, cancellation, return, and refund terms are incorporated from our Help & Store Policies. Intimate goods that have been opened, unsealed, worn, used, or had protective packaging removed are generally ineligible for change-of-mind returns for health and hygiene reasons. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Product safety and no medical advice

Read and follow all product instructions and warnings. Inspect, clean, charge, store, and use products only as directed and with compatible accessories. Stop use if a product is damaged or causes pain, numbness, bleeding, burning, overheating, or other unexpected effects. Unless expressly stated, products are not medical devices and site content is general information—not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

7. Intellectual property and third-party links

Site text, design, graphics, logos, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party links are provided for convenience; third parties control their own services, availability, and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every description, third-party service, carrier estimate, or manufacturer statement will always be error-free. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:

• Contact and account data: name, email, phone number, account credentials, and communication preferences.
• Order and delivery data: billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, order history, returns, support messages, and fulfillment information.
• Payment and fraud data: payment status, transaction identifiers, limited card-related details supplied by payment providers, device or risk signals, and verification results. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, and site interactions.
• Marketing data: email signup, consent records, campaign engagement, coupon use, and preferences.
• Information you provide: reviews, form submissions, support correspondence, photographs sent for an order issue, and other voluntary content.

Because this is an intimate-products store, order history may be sensitive. Avoid sharing unnecessary health information or other highly sensitive details in reviews, support messages, or forms.

10. How information is used

We use personal information to operate the store; process and deliver orders; provide customer support; manage accounts, returns, refunds, promotions, and mailing lists; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and improve the site; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications where permitted. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and business planning.

11. When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:

• payment processors, fraud-prevention and verification providers;
• suppliers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and address or tracking services;
• website hosting, ecommerce, security, analytics, customer-service, email, and cookie-consent providers;
• professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or transaction counterparties;
• government agencies, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the store.

Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to handle it under their contractual and legal obligations. Their independent services may also be governed by their own privacy notices.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as carts, checkout, account login, security, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, and—where permitted—marketing. Use the site’s cookie or consent controls to manage nonessential technologies when those controls are available. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent carts, checkout, account features, or preferences from working correctly.

13. Email and marketing choices

Marketing email is sent only when permitted. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us. Transactional and service messages about an order, account, security event, legal notice, or requested support may still be sent. Unsubscribing may take a short time to process.

14. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type and legal need. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and notify us if you believe an account or order has been compromised.

15. Privacy choices and requests

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about certain disclosures, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sales as those terms are defined by law. Submit a request through the Contact page. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

16. International access

The store is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Customers are responsible for checking local age, import, purchase, possession, and product-use rules before ordering.

17. Changes and contact
